Control - You will learn and understand how to always control your body language, control your breathing, control your nerves… but always control what you can control. 

Ownership - You will learn and understand to take full ownership in your volleyball and accept full responsibility and accountability for your efforts and attitude on and off the court.

Motivation - You will learn and understand that your motivation is the ability to do things without the constant reminder of others...DO IT because you WANT it and because you LOVE it.

Professional - You will learn and understand how to become a “Professional Junior Volleyball Player” by acting like a professional, eating like a professional, training like a professional and most importantly….. COMPETING like a professional.

Effort - You will learn and understand that your efforts and attitude are always directly related with your results. “Be Humble but Be Hungry”. 

Training - You will learn and understand that the difference between a gifted player and a gifted winner is in the training...Hard work = Believe. 

Emotions - You will learn and understand to Control your emotions at all times and to know that your emotions are the foundation of  “Respect everyone… but fear no one”.

Our program will have the teaching foundation to provide our young women and men athletes, with a rigorous learning and understanding of our “Journey between Competing and Winning”.  We will also strive to teach, guide and mentor our young athletes through our “Earn It” process, which will help them to develop their athletic and life skills to be successful in anything and everything that they set their mind and heart.
